1. Where do you ship to?

While our heart and primary focus are in Germany, we also ship across the entire European Union.
Please note that orders outside Germany may experience slightly longer delivery times due to extended logistics and customs clearance.


2. How long does shipping take?

For orders within Germany, delivery usually takes 6 to 16 days.
Orders outside Germany may take a few extra days depending on your location.
This is because we source our products directly from the mainland, ensuring that every piece is unique, soulful, and worth the wait.


3. Why does shipping take longer than other stores?

We work directly with select artisans and suppliers instead of using mass production or warehousing. This process ensures authenticity and sustainability but may result in longer delivery times. We see it as a return to intentional living — receiving something meaningful, not rushed.


4. Do you really plant a tree for every order?

Yes — for every product you purchase, we plant a tree.
It’s our promise of sacred reciprocity: to give back to Mother Nature for every offering we receive.


5. How can I track my order?

Once your item is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor your order’s journey to your home.


6. What if my item arrives damaged or I’m not satisfied?

If your item is damaged, incorrect, or doesn’t resonate with you, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to find a solution — whether that’s a replacement, refund, or store credit.


7. Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, as long as it’s within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be processing and on its way.
