We want you to feel truly connected to every item you receive from us. However, if something doesn't feel quite right, we're here to make it right.

14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return window. That means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with clear instructions on how and where to send your item.

Important: Please do not send items back without contacting us first — they will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@sacredrootstore.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right with care and integrity.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., skincare, soaps)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, simply make a new purchase for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of its approval status.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method.

Please note: it may take a few days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
